At M Lane Construction, we work from three main remodel approaches:

(1) What you NEED to have done, such as replace the water heater

(2) What you WANT to have done, such as install new flooring throughout the house

(3) What you DREAM to have done, such as create an open concept where there is none

By focusing our thought process on what your dream is for your home, this allows for us to be long-term strategic with your budget. Using this type of approach will also provide a roadmap for future dream construction. Often, we find that our clients are appreciative when we can integrate all three approaches.
